Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, meha888 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, meha888 will process any remaining balance to the Player's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to withdrawal policy compliance.

In all circumstances where meha888's liability is found, it shall be limited to the net deposits made by the Player to meha888 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
